At EH Esthetics & Wellness Spa, every treatment begins with a thorough medical review and preparation to ensure your safety and the highest quality of care.

A $99 non-refundable medical review fee is required to reserve your appointment. This fee is paid directly to the Medical Director, does not apply toward the cost of your treatment, and covers your medical clearance, which is valid for one (1) year from the date of approval.

A clear facial photo is required for review (no hair covering the forehead and no glasses).
